Shoot The Frame is a suite of monthly international photography contests, designed to celebrate stunning photography and expose talented photographers.
We are a community that is completely in love with all things photography. If you are a passionate amateur or professional photographer, we would love to see your imagery.
The STF Awards were created in 2012. While the Shoot The Frame community has grown and morphed a little, the STF Awards are still at the centre of our mission.
Every month there are 3 awards, the categories remain the same. Shoot The Face (portrait), Shoot The Land (landscape) and Shoot The Wild (wildlife).
Entries close on the last day of every month.
Eligibility
Shoot The Frame is open to all photographers, professional and amateur. To be eligible to enter Shoot The Frame, the entrant must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Shoot The Face is an international portrait photography award. There are an infinite number of ways to capture a moment in a person’s life, we have been celebrating the magnificent portraits taken by Shoot The Frame members from all corners of the globe since 2012. - Shoot The Land
Shoot The Land is our international landscape photography award. We are constantly in awe of the magic that the Shoot The Frame community is able to capture from nature. Shoot The Frame members have been seeking and capturing stunning landscapes from all over the world since 2013. - Shoot The Wild
Shoot The Wild is our monthly international wildlife photography award. There is something special about wildlife photographers and the imagery they are dedicated to capturing. We can’t get enough of it. Shoot The Frame members have been sharing their wildlife imagery with the community since 2014.

From our friends at Blurb, the 3 monthly winners receive a US $100 voucher to create a beautiful book. The process is fun, the results are stunning. You can choose from a range of formats including photo books, trade books, magazines and ebooks. - Indian Photo Festival
All of the Shoot The Frame winners will be have their photographs exhibited at the International Indian Photo Festival. We partnered with IPF in 2017, and absolutely love their festival. Indian Photo Festival has around 500,000 visitors every year. - Affinity Photo
These guys have created an incredible professional platform for editing photos on Mac. The 3 monthly winners receive a download of the Affinity Photo Software. The game has changed.
