The contest is open to photographers from all over the world. FIAP, PSA, FBP and ISF rules will be applied.

Dates
- Closing date (last date for receipt of entries): 11 October 2020
- The judging will be held on the 16 to 18 October 2020
- Notification to winners will take place on the 25 October 2020
- Date for issue report cards: 25 October 2020
- Private view will be on the 12 December 2020
- Exhibition will be held on 12 and 13 December 2020
- Catalogues and awards mailed on the 25 November 2020
Awards
- For the best author of the contest: Blue Pins FIAP
- FIAP, PSA, FBF, FCP, EPHA and ISF medals and ribbons will honor the best works.
- Honorable mentions and certificates will honor the best entrants and best pictures in each category.
- In each section, there will be one prize awarded by author.
- All participants will be able to download the catalog (zip format) with the winning and selected works.
- Jury members may not take part to the contest.
- Any entrant sharing club membership with a jury member may take part to the contest, but will not be eligible for any prize.
- The Double Déclic retains however the right to reward such entrant by a special prize.
- Winning entries will be forwarded to the FIAP, ISF and PSA for entry in the lists of the statistics of the results.
- Judging by the jury is the final decision.
