The competition is open to all forms of commissioned, published, unpublished and personal work from professionals and enthusiasts created between January 2019 and January 2020 (but not entries that have been submitted into last year’s competition).
For newly-graduated professionals and/or Canadians working in smaller communities or smaller businesses there are the Young Blood and Community categories. Work entered in these categories considers the limited resources and/or experiences.
