The Miami Circle of Contemporary Art MCCA Gallery is pleased to announce the first International Annual Photography Competition and Juried Exhibition “VIEWFINDER” for emerging photographers.
The top artist submissions will participate in the Juried Exhibition. The best pieces will be awarded first, second and third places, and honorable mentions if applicable. The first place will win a 2-month residency at the MCCA Gallery and opportunity for an exhibition, along with national and international exposure, diploma and award. Second and third places will win a diploma and award, and honorable mentions will be given a diploma.
The objective is to explore the view of the artists as they see the world through their lenses, so there is no specific topic for this competition.
Artworks will be judged based on creativity, excellence, composition, originality and artistic ability.

How to apply
Please send an email to events@mccartmiami.com with up to 5 images. In the subject of the email write “Entry for Viewfinder and YOUR name”. In the body of the email please write your name, address, name of your pieces, dimensions, dates, and material (the names specified in here and in the attached images should match). Also, include a short bio and artist statement.
