Colour in photography can play a very important role. It can create a whole atmosphere and narrate a different story. Many people like or dislike a photograph because of its colours and this is natural. the perception of objects can be different according to their colour. Vivid, saturated colours always attract viewers’ attention and provoke reactions either positive or negative according to everyone’s taste.

Only chosen photographers pay a participation fee of £30.
If your images are chosen by our curators you will be contacted by email, you will need to pay the £30 fee via our website and we do the rest.
What do I get for my £30.00?
Your work will be printed to a high standard and hanged in the Glasgow Gallery of Photography for 7 days, your work will also be featured permanently on our website and published in our free online magazine with over 2000 reads per issue.
