The Art League of Baytown (ALB) celebrates it’s third season as a FotoFest Participating Space in 2020.
The theme for this season’s competition is Imagery: Shadow and Light
We are pleased to announce that noted Houston gallery owner Catherine Couturier is the juror for the competition. Ms. Couturier will select up to 40 thematic photographs for display at the ALB gallery from March 7 through April 18, 2020.
Prizes
- 1st place: $350
- 2nd place: $250
- 3rd place: $150
- 3 HM at $50 each
Submission is open to both professional and amateur photographers working in all forms of photography. However, you must be 18 to enter. There is no time limit on image date. Submit your best images fitting within the theme regardless of when the image was taken.
Entry Fees
The submission fee for the first 5 images is $40. However, you can submit an additional 5 images for a fee of $6 each for a total of 10 images submitted.
The Art League of Baytown was organized in 1954 and incorporated as a Texas not-for-profit corporation in 1963. Our continuing mission is to promote the fine arts and create fellowship among practicing artists.
The Art League of Baytown is located at 110 W. Texas Ave. in Baytown, Texas 77520. We’re 20 minutes due west of downtown Houston.
