The Color photograph. We want to celebrate Color in all it’s forms at the SE Center. Our juror, Blue Mitchell, would like to see creativity and narrative. He has no preference subject, or style but would like to be able to see the photographer’s story telling at work, his or her use of visual composition and original thinking.
Color of course, all subjects, analog, digital or antique processes, photographers of all skill levels and locations are welcome.
Eligibility
All photographers regardless of location, age or skill level. Images previously selected for exhibition at the SE Center for Photography within two years of the current exhibition are not eligible.
Fees
$35 for up to 5 Images, $6 for each additional image up to 10. Members, $28 for up to 5 Images, $5 for each additional image up to 10.
Juror
Our juror for Color is Blue Mitchell. Blue Mitchell is an independent publisher, curator, educator, and photographer. Mitchell is the Founding Editor of Diffusion: Unconventional Photography, an independent, reader and contributor supported annual that highlights and celebrates unconventional photographic processes and photo related artwork. Mitchell also curates Plates to Pixels, an online photographic gallery that bridges the gap between antiquated photographic processes and new digital media.
