To unveil its beauty and attract more tourists, the Jilin Changbai Mountain Protection Development Management Committee and Global Photography hold the “Capture the Moment, Encounter the Changbai Mountain” 2019 Changbai Mountain International Mobile Photo Contest together.

The subjects of the entries shall be the Changbai Mountain or its people. New perspectives and techniques are encouraged in revealing the beauty of the Changbai Mountain
Only single works are accepted. No series.
All the photos entered shall be taken with a phone camera.
